At Mar Hotels and Mar Senses we want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as at home. For this reason, we have created the Safe & Care program in which we have updated and adapted the standards and protocols of protection and hygiene of our hotels to ensure the health, safety and welfare of customers and employees.

You will notice some of these initiatives and actions as soon as you enter, you will barely notice others, but we have reviewed all our procedures so you can feel better than home during your holidays.

We have an advisory team specialized in sanitary hygienization and health.

With them we have reinforced and extended our safety and cleaning protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

We update our protocol according to the requirements of the authorities and inform our employees of new procedures.

We train our employees in self-protection guidelines and in the use of prevention equipment, as well as in minimizing the risk of contagion both in the workplace and in daily life.

Our quality, hygiene and safety standards and the implementation of protocols to prevent Covid-19 in our hotels comply with current regulations and have been recognized and endorsed by the "Health and Safety" seal, awarded by the international consulting firm HS Consulting.

To limit contacts with reception staff and make you wait less, we will enable online check-in on this website when we open our hotels.

When you arrive at the hotel you will only have to present your identification document, to comply with the regulations, and we will give you the key.

You will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers on arrival.

The use of the mask is mandatory in this space.

If you have completed online check-in, we will ask you for your ID and give you the key.

If you haven’t completed online check-in, we have simplified the check-in process to reduce the waiting time at the reception.

You will have to disinfect your luggage with hydroalcoholic gel spray.

Your room will have been empty for at least 24 hours before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels will be cleaned between 60 and 90ºC in an authorized laundry.

We’ve reduced the consumables and single use amenities.

Our staff follows a strict protocol of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.

You'll find a mask and hydroalcoholic gel in the room.

The use of hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel is mandatory before entering the restaurant.

The use of the mask is mandatory in these spaces except at the time of enjoying the food or drink.

We reorganize tables and chairs to guarantee safety distance.

For this reason, the capacity will be limited to the permitted density.

We will keep the buffet’s food separated by protective screens. The dishes will be served by our cooks.

We reinforce the show cooking and we incorporate individual portions.

Once finished, all the elements of the table are removed and disinfected.

Passage areas are frequently cleaned and disinfected using approved products, paying special attention to the elements with the greatest use and contact (knobs, railings, counters...).

We limit the capacity of the common spaces (solarium, pools, terraces, hammocks...) to ensure distance. 

The use of the mask is mandatory except for sunbathing or in the pool.

We increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing stairs and elements of recurrent use.

We disinfect the hammocks daily and after each use.

Please use a pool towel to cover the hammocks.

The use of masks is mandatory for children over 6 years old.

We give priority to outdoor activities.
