Amazing animacion team & great hotel

We were a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children age 5,5,4 & 3. We had a brilliant time. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Food in the restaurants was lovely, plenty of choice for all tastes. The reception staff were great, especially Laura the reception manager. Whenever she saw us she would speak to our children and make a fuss of them. The absolute highlight of the holiday was the animacion (entertainment team) Aline, Marius, Alexandra, Andreea, Sascha and Eros. They worked around the clock to entertain, from playing with the kids during the kids club twice a day to taking over the stage for kids disco in the evening. We dressed as clowns with them twice during our holiday and our children have not stopped talking about them since. When the children had gone been tired out the animacion team then got on with entertaining the adults with shows and bingo. We will be back next year and look forward to seeing the team! One suggestion for the animacion team is to get a facebook page for the team that photos and comments can be added to. Our children would love sending messages to Aline and the team.

This hotel may not be the most beautiful, but it is clean and modern and friendly. Pool space gets used up quickly, but the beach is next door and is a lovely sandy cove. The staff here are very courteous and friendly. The food choice and standard is very very good. I came with a friend and our kids and felt very safe and welcome. I have been here two years running, and me and my daughter are looking forward to coming back!
